🎨 Terms of Service
1. The service
Coloring World is a web application where children color pictures online under a parent-managed account: a library of coloring pages, color-name voiceover in several languages, background melodies, saved albums per child, and downloading/printing of artwork ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
Accounts may be created only by adults (18+) — a parent or legal guardian — who are responsible for the account and for their children's use of the Service. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Child profiles inside an account are managed entirely by the parent.
3. Free trial
We may offer free trial access (including a guest mode without registration). Trial scope and duration are shown in the app and may change for future sign-ups. One trial per person; circumventing trial limits is not permitted.
4. Subscription and billing
- Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record — the exact price, currency, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
- We may change subscription prices; changes apply from your next billing period after notice.
5. Our content and intellectual property
All content of the Service — the coloring pages, illustrations, melodies, color voiceovers, texts, design, and software — is owned by Coloring World or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for private, non-commercial family use.
You may download and print coloring pages and your children's artwork for personal family use. You may not:
- copy, scrape, harvest, or bulk-download any part of the content library;
- republish, resell, sublicense, or distribute the content or any part of the Service;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Service's software or design;
- use the content or Service to build a competing product;
- use automated tools (bots, crawlers) to access the Service.
6. Your content
Colorings created in your account belong to your family. You grant us only the technical licence needed to store and display them back to you within the Service. We never publish them or use them for any other purpose.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to breach security, disrupt operation, access other users' data, or use the Service unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including the intellectual-property rules in section 5.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and improve it continuously; features may change over time. We may perform maintenance and updates. If we ever discontinue the Service, active subscribers will be notified and refunded for the unused remainder of their paid period.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumers' statutory rights.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator of Coloring World is registered, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
11. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the unenforceable provision is replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects its intent.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to a successor or affiliated operating entity of the Service; your rights under these Terms are unaffected by such assignment.
- Amendments. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
