Try before you pay
Coloring World offers free trial access, so you can fully evaluate the Service before subscribing.
14-day money-back guarantee
If the Service isn't right for your family, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of the purchase — no reasons required. Email support@coloringworld.app from your account email, or reply to your Paddle receipt.
EU / UK consumers
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase of digital services. Because access to the Service begins immediately after payment, you consent at checkout to immediate performance; your withdrawal right otherwise remains as provided by law and is honoured by the 14-day guarantee above.
Renewals and cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period, and no further payments are taken.
- Charged for a renewal you didn't intend? Contact us within 14 days of the renewal and, provided the Service was not substantially used in the new period, we will refund it.
- Partial periods after the 14-day window are not refunded, except where required by law or in the case described in our Terms (discontinuation of the Service).
How refunds are processed
Payments are processed by Paddle (our merchant of record); approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
A note on chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we resolve genuine issues quickly and will refund where this policy or the law provides for it. Initiating a card chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and can lead to suspension of the associated account while the dispute is investigated.
